In order to continue the expansion of our Luxembourg Transaction Advisory department, we are currently looking to recruit as of September, 2017:
As an assistant within a rapidly growing team, you will have the opportunity to work on the complete range of TAS services and contribute to the further development of the Luxembourg TAS team. These mainly include the following services:
Transaction Support (TS)
In TS you will be involved in assisting our clients in identifying issues and, in turn, maximising value from their deals. You will work hand in hand with our clients to deliver advice across a number of deal types, including acquisitions, disposals, strategic ventures and access to capital markets.
Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
In M&A you will provide advice to institutions engaging in mid-market transactions across the financial services sector. You will work with a very wide and diverse group of clients including founding entrepreneurs, private equity and large corporates. You will help clients meet their strategic objectives through advice on disposals, acquisitions, reviewing and entering new product areas or overseas markets. You will learn how to value companies, understand the rationale for buying or selling, and help prepare bidder documentation.
In the Valuations team you will be responsible for assessing the value of businesses, shares, debt and intellectual property/ intangible assets, for various purposes including financial reporting, tax and commercial reasons.
You hold a Master degree with specialization Audit, Finance, Economics or Accountancy;
You are fluent in English, French and/or German;
You display the ability to communicate effectively and act as a team player;
You are organized, flexible and able to manage several files;
Commitment to continued professional development (e.g. CFA)
