To be based in our Luxembourg office we are currently recruiting for our law firm:


Trilingual / Bilingual Personal Assistants (m/f)

(Permanent position in Luxembourg)


Your mission is to work closely together with the Partner in charge to provide administrative support on a one-to-one basis. You will be required to understand the organisation’s aims and objectives and have an extensive knowledge of the Partner’s role. You will be responsible for coordinating his agenda to make the best use of his time. As part of a lawyer team, you will be in charge of:

  • coordinating specific projects under the Partner’s responsibility;
  • screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate;
  • keeping the Partner’s agenda (work schedule) up-to-date;
  • liaising with clients, internal and external contact persons and service providers;
  • organising various meetings, ensuring that venues are booked and that files for distribution are prepared in time, if necessary;
  • preparing presentations for conferences, training sessions and seminars;
  • drafting letters, reports and modifying documents;
  • preparing invoices if required;
  • performing various secretarial tasks (arranging files, mail, emails, faxes, DHL, printing, etc.).

Our international, fast-paced environment will allow you to work on a wide range of tasks and appealing projects. We are therefore looking for a candidate who:

  • has a service-oriented mindset;
  • is highly organised, has active listening skills and is able to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • has ideally at least 2 years of proven professional experience as an administrative or personal assistant in an international and multilingual environment;
  • has a perfect command of French and English (both spoken and written), German being considered as a strong asset;
  • is IT literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
  • is able to work autonomously while maintaining a strong professional relationship with the team he/she will be part of;
  • has excellent social and communication skills.
