Senior Corporate Administrator (BM1781)


Our client seeks an experienced Corporate Administrator or Trust Officer to manage a portfolio of Luxembourg domiciled structures.

The company is relatively new in Luxembourg, you will join a small team and report directly to the Managing Director. In such a small team, you will work autonomously, whilst sharing knowledge and experience with your colleagues. You will learn directly from the MD, giving you exposure to someone who has 25 years in the business.


If you are tired of working for large trust companies where billing and chargeability are increasingly the focus and prefer to truly value your clients with a client focused approach, then our client has a refreshing approach.


Responsibilities include:

  • Management of the corporate life of various client companies (mainly holding companies), ensuring the company’s and clients’ are compliance with the laws and regulations governing their activities
  • Organise and attend board meetings, draft agendas and provide board packs
  • Write and/or amend minutes
  • Complete the filings to the RCS
  • Maintaining corporate registers
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as the business grows

Experience required:

  • University degree educated
  • Ideally, you will have a legal background
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in corporate services
  • Practical experience of working with the Luxembourg regulators
  • Be very client facing in attitude
  • Be analytical, autonomous and a strong team player
